The IB had submitted a five-page report after Justice Tahilramani resigned following the CJI-led collegium on September 3 reiterating its decision to transfer her as chief justice of Meghalaya HC. The collegium had decided on August 28 to transfer her to Meghalaya HC as CJ “for better administration of justice”.
