PM Modi on Tuesday visited the residence of late Arun Jaitley and offered condolences to the bereaved family. The PM could not attend the funeral of the former finance minister as he was away from the country on a three-nation visit to France-UAE-Bahrain. Jaitley passed away at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on August 24.
