'Don't see it through political prism': Govt defends Triple Talaq Bill in RS Times of India

Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad moving the Triple Talaq Bill in Rajya Sabha said, "This issue should not be seen through a political prism. This is a question of humanity. This is for ensuring justice to women..," However, Cong leader Amee Yajnik said through this bill, the govt has thrust women into a criminal magisterial court for settling family matters.
